Great service
We take time to understand the needs of our customers and then we aim to meet those needs. Prompt and proactive decision making whether that be at the initial assessment stage, to support bidding or site purchase decisions, or downstream in construction where flexibility is needed to resolve unforeseen challenges. Often it is as simple as being always available, helpful and friendly when we answer the phone. But our experienced team and flat organisational structure can provide a meaningful response often there and then or if not within a tight turnaround timescale. Our customers’ needs may change, the business and economic environment may change but our attitude to great service and housebuilding excellence doesn’t.
Expertise
We are a diverse team of different characters but we all share a common trait: we all specialise in the support of UK house builders and the wider property sector. Each of us is passionate about the part we play in our business and supporting our customers.
Enthusiasm
We may not be able to support every project but we certainly try. We seek to be fully transparent and timely in our decisioning, we don’t keep our customers hanging around waiting for a response. That’s why a great many of our customers come back to us time and again to support their next project.
Involvement
Development lending is not a remote process, it’s hands-on. We get to know our customers and their projects. We talk and meet with them regularly; we are open to their new ideas and feedback, we watch their developments build up from their plans. We seek to be involved every step of the delivery journey and are excited about the new homes that are created.
