Development:
19 x 1, 2, & 3 bed new build apartment scheme of £10.5m GDV on a site of a former car wash in north London with further potential to gain planning for a large single unit. The development will regenerate the location considerably and we are excited to be associated with this project.
Developer:
BLG funded a development loan and a VAT loan for the scheme undertaken by an experienced developer. It will be the third deal we have funded for this client.
