Development:

A challenging site like no other with every inch of the plot being built on and 12 apartments built-out through a driveway 2.5m wide off of a main high street with limited access rights, not to mention all the complexities associated with 13 Party Wall Agreements. We are delighted to have been able to work with our client to reach the successful completion of this ambitious build project. There are now 12 beautifully presented apartments for sale and rent in the High Street of Portishead Town Centre, and it’s been a remarkable feat of achievement to overcome the numerous hurdles associated with severely restricted site access.

 Developer:

This was our first deal with the developer Spiller Builders, but through an introducer whom we have worked well with for many times, and with the correct due diligence taken and a positive can-do attitude, we believed in our client and his past experience. His vision was shared by the entire team at BLG, so despite the project requiring additional time to complete, we had full confidence in the developer and provided our full support to see the build through to the completion.
