What is super stretch development finance?

This development loan allows professional house builders to borrow up to 90% of costs (95% including rolled-up interest).  It is a blend of senior development finance, provided by BLG, integrated with a mezzanine loan, provided by a third-party funder. The paperwork is kept simple, BLG structure the deal and the developer only needs to liaise with one lender.
